To maintain the highest standards of health and safety, please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once purchased.
Our wigs are meticulously crafted to meet your specifications, even if they are from our existing collection. As each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns. We encourage you to carefully review all details and requirements before finalizing your order. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer service team is here to help you ensure everything is just right before you place your order.
Exchange Policy Exceptions
Items only in Original Condition will be considered for exchange in exceptional situations. In such a case, every case will be dealt on an individual basis and only be eligible after a thorough inspection and consideration from the company. This policy does not apply to Sales items. This clause does not apply to the damaged or used products either. Before, sending any goods back, you must contact the company via email or helpline to find out how you can return the merchandise and whether you meet all the requirements or not.
Return Shipping
To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Timeline
In case, you are considered for a exchange, ensure to adhere to the timeline given to you by the company representatives. If you are unable to exchange your items within the particular period of return assigned, your claim will be denied.

Only unworn items will be accepted for exchange within 15 days of when the item was delivered to you. We will not be accepting any returns, exchanges, or refunds on any used or opened items.
